This is a legal advisory position covering APAC operations in eight markets. Our counsel will focus on sound judgement to identify and mitigate legal threats ensuring business compliance remains proactive.
Key responsibilities include reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial agreements such as partner, IT/software, service, and marketing contracts. We also advise on privacy, contract, consumer competition, intellectual property, and finance matters.
In this role you'll be responsible for delivering expert legal advice across our APAC businesses. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all business activities are legally compliant and aligned with our strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. They will also be highly organized, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
The key qualifications for this role are:
