Your Impact
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of MICM’s growth, responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategies to attract recent property management clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with builders, developers, and financial planners.
- Representing MICM at appointments and inspections, showcasing our services.
- Collaborating with marketing and leasing teams to ensure properties are presented and promoted effectively.
- Reporting on performance and KPIs to management.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in property management and business development.
- Strong understanding of real estate legislation and industry practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High-level organisational and time management abilities.
- Agent’s Representative Certificate (required).
- Driver’s license and own vehicle (preferred).
