The Role
This role is all about driving growth. You will:
* Own and deliver $50M–$100M+ in new revenue annually
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities
* Develop relationships with Tier 1 clients and key decision-makers
* Lead major tenders and negotiations through to contract award
* Work closely with the Executive Team to shape growth strategy
About You
You're a proven business development leader with a strong track record of winning work in complex, project-based environments. You bring:
* 10–15+ years in business development / commercial roles
* Experience winning major contracts ($10M+)
* Strong relationships across mining, energy, or industrial sectors
* A hunter mindset with the ability to originate and close opportunities
* Strong commercial and negotiation capability
