• Deliver responsive personal care tailoredto residents' individual needs and care plans.
• Collaborate with Registered and EnrolledNurses to ensure high‐quality care.
• Assist residents with mobility, personal needs, and daily tasks.
• Encourage social engagement through leisure activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure care plans are followed.

We're looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering exceptional care.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a Certificate III in Aged Care, IndividualSupport, or equivalent.
• Holds a current NDIS Worker Check (essential).
• Has experience in providing personal care to residents.
• Can work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Demonstrates empathy, reliability, and a genuine passion for aged care.
