Van Technician Role
This position entails hands-on technical work, management of checklists, and guarantee of quality outcomes at the handover of vans.
Main Responsibilities:
* Advanced Diagnostic Work: Caravan, trailer, RV, and associated component repair and maintenance (e.g., chassis, electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, structural elements).
* Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance Leadership: New and used vans.
* Van Pre-Delivery Inspections: Warranty services and post-sale servicing in compliance with industry standards and Australian regulations.
* Issue Diagnosis and Resolution: Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using specialized tools and diagnostic equipment.
* Sales Coordination: Ensure a seamless process through to delivery.
* Mentorship and Assistance for Detailing Staff: Meeting timeframes is crucial.
