MedHealth NDIS Division
As our Head of Risk Governance & Compliance, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our NDIS businesses are safe, high‑quality and audit‑ready — every day.
You'll shape the frameworks that underpin our operations, lead our divisional risk strategy, work collaboratively to drive qualitative outcomes and continuous improvement, oversee compliance and internal audit programs, and guide the organisation through external certification with confidence. You'll also play a key role in M&A integration, supporting seamless onboarding of new businesses into our governance ecosystem.
This is a high‑impact role with visibility across senior leadership and the opportunity to build capability, influence strategic decision‑making, and drive meaningful improvement across a large and diverse NDIS service portfolio.

Job Description
What you'll do
* Lead governance, risk, quality and compliance frameworks for the NDIS division.
* Chair risk steering committee meetings to anticipate emerging risks and provide clear, actionable insights to senior leaders.
* Oversee internal audit programs and ensure strong external audit performance.
* Drive continuous improvement and cultivate a high‑performing compliance culture grounded in quality and excellence.
* Lead governance and compliance due diligence for acquisitions and support successful integration.
* Guide, coach and develop a high‑performing team aligned to our values.
Qualifications
What you'll bring
* Experience leading governance, risk or quality functions within complex environments.
* Strong understanding of the NDIS and related legislation.
* A strategic mindset with the ability to turn insight into action.
* Exceptional judgement, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A commitment to high‑quality, person‑centred outcomes.
Tertiary qualifications in health, business, project management or similar are welcomed, but deep NDIS operational and governance experience is essential.
