With a thriving community of 3,750 members (and aiming for 4,500 by 2027), RIMPA supports practitioners in both government and private sectors through training, certification, and innovative tools like our SmartRetention product.

The Role
As our Business Development Manager, you will:
Drive new membership acquisition and retention across all RIMPA Global categories
Sell our full suite of offerings: SmartRetention, training workshops, VET programs, certification, and Microcredentials
Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team
Build strong industry relationships and represent RIMPA Global at events and partner functions
Monitor, report, and improve on clear KPI targets for membership and revenue growth
What We're Looking For
You must have:
3–5 years' experience in sales/business development
A proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets
Strong interpersonal and communication skills – you know how to close a deal while building long-term relationships
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a collaborative team
Tech comfort – CRM tools and Microsoft Office
Experience in a membership-based or not-for-profit environment
Qualifications in business, sales, or marketing
What We Offer
$95K – $100K base salary plus superannuation
