Master Catering Services provides meal solutions from complete packaged meals through to meal components for Nursing Homes, Hospitals and Businesses. We have a fleet of refrigerated vehicles servicing Sydney and we also send products Australia-wide.
**THE ROLE**
Full time. Immediate start preferable. 38 hours not suitable for students. Public transport available and free shuttle bus. Monday - Friday. Uniform and boots provided. Hot lunch provided. ABOVE AWARD WAGE.
**KEY SKILLS**:
- Previous food background is an advantage.
- Must be able to read and write English

**CLEANER part-time or full-time**
**THE ROLE**
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the facility. Cleaners play a vital role in ensuring that the catering area is clean, sanitized, and safe for food preparation and production. responsible for regularly sanitizing and cleaning food preparation surfaces, such as countertops, cutting boards, and utensils. prevent cross-contamination and maintain food safety standards.
Maintaining cleanliness in storage areas. Cleaners ensure that storage areas, including refrigerators, freezers, and dry storage spaces, are clean and organized. Dispose of expired or spoiled food items, properly store ingredients, and maintain proper labeling to prevent any mix-up or contamination.
Cleaning kitchen equipment and appliances: Cleaners are responsible for cleaning and maintaining various kitchen equipment and appliances used in the catering service, such as ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and slicers. Managing waste disposal: monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies, such as detergents, sanitizers, paper towels, and gloves, to ensure that the necessary resources are available for maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility.
