Due to business growth, we are seeking an experienced and qualified Carpenter to join our team.About the RoleThis is a full-time position requiring a minimum commitment of 38 hours per week. You will work on a variety of residential and commercial projects across Victoria.Key Responsibilities1. Construct, install and repair structures and fixtures made from timber and other materials2. Read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications3. Measure, cut and assemble materials accurately4. Install doors, windows, flooring, cabinetry and frameworks5. Perform formwork and general carpentry duties6. Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and project timelines7. Follow workplace health and safety regulations at all times8. Work effectively within a team and communicate with supervisors and clients9. Maintain tools, equipment and clean work areasSkills & Experience1. Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a Carpenter2. Certificate III in Carpentry (or equivalent qualification)3. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and materials4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings5. High attention to detail and workmanship standards6. Good communication and teamwork skills7.
