What You'll Do
Own daily admin tasks: inbox/calendar management, document control, data entry, filing.
Be our systems champion : map and document SOPs, improve processes, and drive uptake of software (task management, CRM, docs, forms, automations).
Coordinate across teams, suppliers and clients; follow up actions and deadlines working closely with Director.
Prepare reports, templates and checklists; maintain accurate records.
Support onboarding/offboarding and compliance admin.
About you
Highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven with robust follow-through.
Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 (intermediate level), with experience using CRM systems and creating standard operating procedures.
Comfortable working independently in a remote workplace with reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office space suitable for skilled video calls.
Nice to have: Bachelor's degree and prior experience in administration/operations or process improvement.
Minimum 2 years' experience in administration, operations, or process improvement roles
Australian citizen or permanent resident with unrestricted work rights in Australia
