A rare opportunity to lead the medication management of cancer care patients through compounding, dispensing, clinical verification and counselling.
Key Responsibilities
 * Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and advice to members of the multidisciplinary team and patients receiving cancer treatment;
 * Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services within a multidisciplinary team, emphasizing medication safety and optimization;
 * Perform clinical assessments, drug therapy monitoring, and offer patient-specific recommendations;
 * Engage in complex aseptic compounding and contribute to multidisciplinary team reviews and cancer care meetings.
Essential Qualifications
 * Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current unconditional Pharmacist Registration;
 * High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of CHARM and Microsoft Office;
 * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a passion for providing specialised patient care;
 * Previous experience and/or formal study in cancer care and aseptic compounding skills.
