Reporting to the CFO, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is confident managing end-to-end financial processes.
You will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting reporting requirements, and contributing to business decision-making through clear financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
* Balance sheet reconciliations
* Accounts payable and bank reconciliation oversight
* BAS, Payroll Tax, and compliance reporting
* Preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts
* Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
* Support external accountants as required
* Identify and implement process improvements
* Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
* CA/CPA qualified or working towards (preferred)
* Minimum 2–4 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
* Confident using accounting software (Xero)
* Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
