As a new role, you will manage a portfolio of SMB customers, focusing on renewals and expansion.
Responsibilities
* Take full ownership of an SMB customer renewal portfolio, managing every stage of the sales cycle
* Build proactive relationships with customers through calls and email, ensuring renewals are secured on time and with minimal risk
* Lead structured renewal and check-in conversations that reinforce value and deepen customer engagement
* Prepare and present tailored quotes, pricing proposals, and negotiate orders
* Consistently deliver against monthly and quarterly retention targets
* Drive expansion revenue by identifying and acting on upsell and cross-sell opportunities
