We are searching for an Administration Officer to join our McCain Family as part of our R&D team As part of the McCain Family you will be part of an amazing team doing great things At McCain we're committed to championing the advancement of technology in agriculture and manufacturing.
Based at our Ballarat site, the R&D Administration Officer will contribute to the R&D department by providing efficient support to office and lab operations, and support the technical staff.
**About the role**
- Coordinate monthly reporting on R&D spend and support budget process
- Support staff with travel, calendars and expenses
- Coordinate and assist in generating management reports and presentations
- Maintain office operations
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Ensure purchase orders and spend is tracked and accounted for accurately
**About you**
- Previous experience in Administration
- Strong computer literacy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Highly effective communication skills
- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work confidently with people at all levels within the business
