Flexi Personnel is seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our client's team as an Administration and Marketing Coordinator for a 12 month period covering a staff member on maternity leave. Within this role your duties will include:
Management of Customer Service Administration Officer:
Assist in the recruitment, training, and coaching of new employees.
Monitor and delegate day-to-day activities, including order processing, inventory management, account maintenance, and timely invoice processing.
Provide support and assistance as required, enforce high customer service quality standards, and provide valuable feedback on potential improvements.
Monitor employee performance and initiate action to strengthen results.
Internal Sales Support to our client's Team & National Business Manager:
Provide ad hoc administrative support, diary scheduling management, and assist in master data working sheets for pricing changes and updates.
Perform duties assigned by the National Business Manager, including CRM forecast planning, production, and month-to-date sales management reporting.
Manage inventory and procurement of finished goods, and explore recent product lines and services.
Marketing & Event/Expo Coordinator:
Assist in the implementation of campaign marketing through various channels, such as digital, print, corporate publications, events/expos, and targeted industry development and promotions.
Liaise with external suppliers, including marketing and media agencies, for the delivery of communication services - graphic design, media placement planning, and other marketing/event projects.
Procure and coordinate media materials such as brochures, flyers, and packaging items.
Assist with strategy development, planning, and coordination of key activities and events.

Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
