About the Organisation
I'm working with a passionate, forward-thinking allied health organisation that is deeply committed to raising the standard of therapy services across Western Australia. Their team is united by one mission: to make a meaningful, lasting difference in the lives of the people they support. Whether you're a new graduate or an experienced clinician, this is a workplace where high-quality care, genuine collaboration, and bold ideas are truly valued.
This organisation delivers therapy across hospital, aged care, and community settings, with a strong focus on doing things differently—and doing them better. Their model is built around innovation, person-centred practice, and a "team around the person" approach that ensures every participant receives compassionate, coordinated support.
For graduates, they offer one of the most comprehensive development pathways in the sector. Their extended leadership structure—combined with senior clinicians, mentors, and external supports—creates a nurturing environment that fosters both confidence and capability. Their goal is simple: to help every therapist grow, thrive, and feel genuinely supported.
