RBRT are a second-generation family business based in Redland Bay, we take great pride in our product and dedication to service, quality and reliability. Servicing the Redlands community and beyond since 1988 with supply of prefabricated timber roof trusses, floor trusses, wall frames, and timber stock.

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and reliable individual to join and assist our Operations Support team on a fulltime basis. Working Monday through Friday in an office-based position with flexible working hours.

At RBRT you will be a part of a close-knit team, with a focus on cohesive culture in a fun and supportive environment. We are looking for a team member who is motivated to actively and consistently contribute to the delivery of positive outcomes for our customers and the business.

Purpose of the role:

The primary purpose of this position is to support multiple departments within RBRT to ensure the success of daily operational functions and requirements. Working closely with our sales representatives, assisting with order based and administrative tasks crucial to the successful execution of the high-quality product and service that RBRT delivers.

A high level of computer literacy is required for this position as you will work in a variety of computer-based applications daily, including Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, OneDrive), and Sapphire (MiTek).

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

* Key ERP database management - Creating and managing quotes, converting quotes to orders, accurate date changes and status updates, job notes, facilitating sales and purchase orders.
* Updating and maintaining job and customer registers and spreadsheets
* Prequalifying quotes including plan reading and information identification
* Monitoring and confirming delivery dates and schedules
* Facilitating floor system orders and liaising with suppliers
* Generating timber quotes, estimates, delivery dockets, and preparing and sending customer quotations
* Reliable point of customer contact
* Knowledge of job progress and organised communication with multiple departments to contribute to the facilitation of DIFOT.
* Quality control of processes and records in ERP and throughout business.
* General administration, document control and file management
* Adhoc duties to support Operations of the business as required.

* Previous experience with ERP systems

The following would be highly advantageous:

* Experience in a similar role
* Estimating experience - particularly in truss, frame or timber
* Experience in the timber industry and/or knowledge of timber products
