Coordinating Experiences
The role involves coordinating and managing events, group activities, and volunteer programs. You will also train and support staff in activities, ensuring the delivery of exceptional person-centered services to all clients.
This is a permanent full-time position working Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will have:
* Diploma or Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Health (or related)
* Current unrestricted driver's license
* Previous experience working in an aged care setting
* Proven experience developing and coordinating lifestyle plans particularly for residents living with dementia
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Knowledge of the Aged Care Accreditation Standards and related outcomes
* Strong interpersonal skills and computer literacy
