Leasing Position
We are seeking a Leasing Specialist to manage our Brisbane portfolio.
This role entails overseeing the entire leasing process, including organizing open homes, conducting routine inspections, preparing lease agreements, and collaborating with our property managers for a seamless experience.
The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for real estate, 1-2 years of leasing experience, and a current QLD Real Estate Agent Licence. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort working with cloud-based systems are also essential.
This is a newly created role offering flexibility to work from home for administrative tasks. Our head office and offshore support teams will be available for guidance, and you'll have access to a full toolkit of technology and equipment.

Essential Requirements
