 
        
        As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will report directly to the Head of Customer Experience Department. The combined Customer Experience and Claims team provides crucial support to our customers, suppliers and other relevant parties at all points before, during, and after a customer's rental and claim process. We aim to be a one-stop shop for our customers; from the time a customer calls to enquire about a vehicle, to any follow-up questions a customer may have after they return and everything in between. Customer service excellence is the most crucial part of this role
Your primary responsibilities in the role will include the following:
 * Develop and maintain customer relationships with corporate, leisure & commercial customers
 * Manage all aspects of a customer's Enterprise experience both online and over the phone
 * Communicate with our suppliers providing accurate information regarding reservations, availability, and location information
 * Liaise with locations and departments to follow up on customer feedback k ensure a swift and accurate response
 * Meet specified time-frames and quality standards
 * Maintain documentation and records to high standards
 * General administration duties
About You
Our ideal candidate will have had previous demonstrated experience in customer service and/or the claims handling process and will have the following skills and attributes:
