About the role
We are looking for an experienced and hands‐on Branch Manager to lead the daily operations. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast‐paced environment and is passionate about customer service, team leadership, and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for branch performance across operations, fleet availability, sales, compliance, and people leadership, ensuring the branch delivers a seamless customer experience while meeting business targets.
Responsibilities
* Lead day‐to‐day branch operations and ensure smooth service delivery
* Drive customer satisfaction, sales performance, and branch profitability
* Coach, lead, and develop a high‐performing team
* Manage fleet availability, presentation, and operational efficiency
* Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and procedures
Qualifications
* Leadership experience in customer service, retail, transport or vehicle rental
* Strong people management, communication, and problem‐solving skills
* A track record of achieving operational and commercial targets
* Previous management or leadership experience within a customer service, retail or vehicle rental environment, preferred
* Demonstrated experience managing operational performance and achieving business targets
* Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and manage competing priorities
