You will champion our customers to ensure the most accurate and effective use of the RecordPoint Platform to achieve their compliance objectives.
This role operates within RecordPoint's Professional Services team and is suited to a self-starter who aims to leave things better than they found them.
ResponsibilitiesRepresent RecordPoint as a Records Management and Information Governance Subject Matter ExpertEngage with customers to guide adoption of the RecordPoint platformBuild relationships and instill trust with clients regarding our Services team and the RecordPoint PlatformStay up to date on trends in Records Management, Information Governance, and AI advancesTroubleshoot/log tickets in the company ticketing system and provide progress updates to clients
What you'll doClient Engagement: become a trusted advisor, understand business goals, conduct consultations to gather requirements, and define technical requirements and solutions with RecordPointSolution Design/Architecture: create and maintain standard solution designs, provide best practices, and align designs to client needs; collaborate with development teams on enhancementsImplementation, Migration and Integration: resolve issues quickly during implementation and work with cross-functional teams to achieve client outcomesTraining and Documentation: train customers and team members; create and update user guides and technical documentationCommunication and Project Management: drive multiple initiatives to completion, define concepts with users, coordinate with project managers, and provide status updatesPre-sales support: contribute to scoping engagements, Statements of Work, tenders, and RFx as needed
QualificationsExperience or Certification in Records Management, Business Information Systems or Data Cyber Security3–5 years implementing SharePoint and ECM/EDRMS solutions1+ years experience as a consultant in a client-facing environment or strong customer service background
