About the Role

Duties and Responsibilities
* Be the friendly face of the business, responding promptly to all customer requests.
* Update customer and product records in the CRM system, keeping accurate records of all telephone and email conversations.
* Perform general administration tasks as requested by the manager.
* Move stock around the warehouse and yard, with the ability to learn how to use heavy machinery when needed.
Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills.
* An excellent work ethic and a commitment to high performance.
* Ability to problem-solve under pressure.
* A mid-level of technical knowledge of Microsoft Office.
