About the Role
This is a full-time position based in Gosford. As a sales consultant, you will be responsible for greeting customers, managing display suites and furnished apartments, generating sales leads, conducting property viewings while driving exceptional customer service and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide guests with relevant documentation and masterplan presentations.
* Assist with daily operations and upkeep of sales environments.
* Support sales executives with day-to-day tasks.
* Qualify incoming leads from marketing strategies and nurture them through to appointment.
* Outbound contact via calls, SMS and email to understand customers' interests and motivations to purchase a property.
Requirements
* A proven track record in residential real estate sales with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
* Proficient in using real estate software and technology.
* Knowledgeable about the local property market.
* Flexible and adaptable.
* A valid real estate license or ability to obtain one.
* A passionate and dynamic individual with a friendly disposition.
