IT Desktop Support Specialist
This IT Desktop Support role involves providing help desk support to users in approximately 20 sites nationally and face-to-face support to around 10 staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Technical Guidance: Provide guidance on IT best practices and tools.
* System Administration: Manage information technology and computer systems, including Microsoft and Apple platforms.
* Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with IT standards, policies, and procedures.
* Issue Resolution: Triage and resolve IT issues and elevate them appropriately.
* Professional Support: Support professional enquiries from staff.
Requirements
* Proven experience in IT desktop support.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently and as part of a team.
