The role involves providing administrative support to the Director in delivering various projects. This includes tracking project progress, budgets, and quality through Procore, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project.
The Project Coordinator will assist in coordinating design consultants and builders according to client requirements. They will interpret and analyze design drawings and documentation effectively engaging with clients and consultants for successful outcomes.
The candidate should have experience or a strong interest in the construction industry. They must possess strong organizational skills with the ability to track communication, budgets, and project progress efficiently.
