Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our construction projects, you will be responsible for managing all cost and commercial aspects.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts.
* Administer contracts, variations, claims, and final accounts.
* Process progress claims and subcontractor payment schedules.
* Monitor project costs and prepare monthly cost reports.
* Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
* Conduct site visits to validate progress and support project teams.
* Maintain accurate project records and support project close-out.
About the Role
* Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
* 3–5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (industrial construction preferred).
* Strong knowledge of cost planning, contract administration, and claims management.
* Proficiency in estimating and cost management software (e.g., Candy, CostX).
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Valid WA driver's licence (for site travel).
