The Role and Responsibilities
* As a Hospital Sales Representative in Haematology, you will play a key role in driving sales, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering innovative solutions that support better patient outcomes.
* Your primary focus will be achieving and exceeding sales targets by promoting PBS-reimbursed therapies that align with both clinical needs and our mission in South Australia and travel required to Western Australia.
Key responsibilities include:
* Identify and prioritize key customers (HCPs and stakeholders) who influence prescribing decisions, using data-driven insights to inform strategy
* Drive sales performance by delivering meaningful, high-value customer engagements that support clinical decision-making
* Conduct value-based conversations (in-person and virtual) to understand customer needs, treatment landscapes, and areas of opportunity
* Tailor engagement strategies by leveraging customer insights, preferred communication channels, and compliant promotional content
* Foster long-term partnerships with oncology specialists, coordinating collaborative initiatives and facilitating speaker meetings in line with compliance standards
Skillset and Qualifications
* A minimum of 1 years' experience as a Hospital/Speciality Sales Representative.
* Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or related medical fields highly regarded.
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
