Executive Leadership Role
This leadership position sets the expectations for overall client engagement and service delivery. The Director establishes best practices to serve clients across multiple service offerings and empowers teams to deliver exceptional results.
Main Responsibilities
1. Manage key client accounts or portfolios
2. Drive quality of service delivery across the organization
3. Implement strategies to improve and standardize client operations
4. Execute organizational design modifications to optimize operational efficiency
5. Foster strong senior client relationships
6. Ensure operational excellence and delivery against business objectives
7. Create and execute client account plans
8. Monitor and control costs effectively
9. Identify opportunities to grow and develop the account
10. Provide strategic leadership for an individual or team
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2. At least 8 years' experience in a national or global customer service environment
3. Minimum 8 years in business disciplines
4. Minimum 3 years managing key Account teams globally/locally
5. Minimum 2 years responsibility for profit and loss in a large organization
