This isn't your typical sales role. We're looking for an Account Executive to join a leading property developer and manage relationships with their established investor network.
This is about warm leads, client care, and phone-based relationship building — not endless cold prospecting. You'll be the go-to contact for existing clients and retail investors, keeping them updated on projects and helping them renew or increase their investment.
What's on offer:
* Warm leads & existing clients – build on relationships already established by the group.
* Earning potential: $80k base + super + commissions | OTE $130k+ + super.
* Choice of base: Gold Coast HQ or Melbourne office.
* Support & exposure: Work directly with senior leaders and across property development, sales, and financial services.

* Confident on the phone – happy to pick up the phone daily and engage clients.
* Organised and professional – able to manage diaries, key dates, and follow-ups.
