IT Support Professional Role
We are seeking an IT professional to provide technical support and maintenance services across multiple technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Rendering remote service desk assistance for varied environments, encompassing escalation and subject matter expertise
* Supporting servers, desktops, and applications within cloud-based Microsoft environments
* Delivering support for cloud infrastructure solutions including Azure Entra and Citrix
* Executing a wide range of tasks utilizing automation and AI for efficient client support
* Occasional onsite work and collaboration with project teams to deploy solutions for customers
Requirements:
* Advanced understanding of end-user support and directory services
* Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server, Azure, and Exchange
* Genuine exposure to technical infrastructure from desktop to network devices
* Understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles
* Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to understand customers
