**Your New Role Looks Like This**:
The Corporate Communications Manager is responsible for managing and supporting Group Corporate communication activities, with a focus on statutory reporting, including the annual report and half-year and full-year financial accounts; ESG reporting; investor-related communication; and Group corporate communications channels.
The role requires both a tactical focus, including compiling and producing written and digital content, as well as strong focus on strategic development and best practice.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver communication activities and programs in support of strategic initiatives, operational requirements and Group projects
- Produce high quality written material, including reports, speeches, presentations, executive updates and correspondence for senior leadership
- Manage corporate communications plans and activity calendars
- Deliver group statutory reporting activities (half-year and year-end) from inception to delivery including design, content production, editing approvals and publication
- Identify opportunities to improve corporate communication and align with industry best practice
- Collaborate with leaders across the Group to ensure consistent communication of Group activities

**About You**:
- Strong experience in a communications related field or role
- Previous experience managing statutory and year-end reporting, including Annual reports, Investor communication and AGMs preferable
- Previous content writing experience for multiple channels
- Superior written communication skills, with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to foster strong relationships, both internal and external
