Candidates should possess strong presentation skills for complex software discussions, have experience in internal process improvement and timely project delivery, be a team player with cross-departmental interaction skills, and have knowledge of agile methodologies. Proficiency in English is required, with additional proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese preferred.
