You’ll assist with a wide range of tasks including clinic administration, staff coordination, reporting, compliance tracking, inbox support, and billing-related admin. You won’t be expected to lead strategy — instead, you’ll be supported by senior leaders and trained to deliver accurate, timely, and consistent administrative support across multiple sites.

In this role, you will help with:
* General administrative support across the clinic network
* Preparing paperwork, internal communications, meeting notes, and action items
* Supporting daily clinic operations from the Dapto clinic, including remote support to other sites
* Monitoring admin tasks, follow-ups, and internal communication channels
* Assisting with rostering and workforce administration
* Providing payroll and leave-related administrative support
* Supporting Medicare, billing, and receipting processes
* Tracking compliance items such as provider numbers, accreditation, and staff certifications
* Updating spreadsheets, logs, and internal systems
* Assisting with site setup tasks, maintenance coordination, and general errands as needed
What we’re looking for
We’d love to hear from candidates who have:
* Previous experience in fast-paced, dynamic roles, particularly in hospitality, retail, reception, or customer service
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

* A willingness to learn new systems and healthcare processes
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* A proactive, helpful, and team-focused attitude
* The ability to handle confidential information with care
Experience in healthcare administration, medical reception, rostering, Medicare, or billing is not essential. Training and support will be provided for the right person.
Why join us?
* A great entry point into healthcare administration and operations
* Exposure to a broad range of clinic and business functions
* Supportive leadership and on-the-job training
* A varied role with opportunities to learn and grow
* Be part of a team that helps clinics deliver excellent patient care

This role is ideal for someone who is:
* Looking to step up from a reception, retail, hospitality, or junior admin role
* Interested in healthcare operations and multi-site administration
* Eager to learn, take direction, and grow into a broader support position
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
