We are looking for curious, motivated graduates to join Accenture Song – Service as part of our Early Careers Program in Sydney. This role is ideal for those who enjoy problem-solving, collaboration and making a tangible impact through thoughtful design, strategy and technology.
From day one, you'll work alongside experienced consultants, designers and technologists to help organisations transform how they operate, serve customers and adapt to change.
What You'll Do
As a Service Analyst, you will support teams that design and implement business solutions driving industry, functional and technology transformation. Your work may include:
* Supporting the development of strategies and action plans that help clients achieve their business objectives
* Analysing current-state processes, services and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement
* Helping design new processes, services and solutions using established methods, tools and assets
* Contributing to service transformation initiatives that span customer experience, operations and technology
* Supporting change programs and interventions that help organisations prepare for and adopt new ways of working
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams in a supportive, team-based consulting environment
* Learning on the job through hands‐on project work, structured training and coaching
You won't be expected to know everything on day one — what matters most is your curiosity, willingness to learn and enthusiasm for making an impact.
What We're Looking For
We welcome applications from graduates who:
* Have completed a university degree within the last two years, or will complete by mid‐2026 with availability to commence in July 2026
* Are interested in consulting, service design, business transformation, technology or customer experience
* Enjoy working collaboratively and communicating ideas clearly
* Are adaptable, curious and comfortable working in a fast‐paced environment
* Are motivated to learn, grow and take on new challenges
