Job Overview
This role involves driving project success in a treatment program.
* Supporting construction leads to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Developing and implementing daily, weekly, and long-term project plans to achieve desired outcomes with available resources.
* Monitoring costs, invoices, and claims for allocated projects.
* Contributing to constructability of projects during design development.
* Leading tender processes, including evaluation and award of subcontract procurement packages, applying pre-contract knowledge of design, planning, and regulatory requirements.
* Maintaining quality and quantities of incoming equipment and material against specifications, arranging corrections or modifications as necessary.
* Analysing document management systems to track progress and project performance, ensuring compliance reporting.
* Ensuring successful delivery of work packages by managing Subcontractors and the 'Self-Perform' workforce.
* Liaising with external parties and relevant statutory authorities, managing their site attendance as necessary.

* Team Management: Oversee the performance of Subcontractors and the 'Self-Perform' workforce.
* External Partnerships: Liaise with external parties and statutory authorities to facilitate project delivery.
