Job Description

We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our national sales team. You will thrive on engaging with potential customers, uncovering needs, and matching them with the right solutions.
As an SDR at Hub, you’ll be the first point of contact for inbound leads and actively prospect new opportunities. Your responsibilities include qualifying leads, scheduling tours, guiding prospects through the early stages of the sales process, and sometimes closing deals. You’ll work closely with Sales Leads and Managers to maintain a strong pipeline and meet growth targets.

Daily responsibilities include:
* Act as the first touchpoint for new leads, qualifying and determining next steps.
* Schedule and coordinate tours for qualified leads, ensuring smooth handovers.
* Manage and close deals within your product range, including follow-ups and negotiations.
* Maintain an organized sales pipeline aligned with company targets.
* Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, and social platforms.
* Keep CRM records up-to-date and generate timely reports.
* Build strong relationships with potential customers, becoming a trusted advisor throughout their sales journey.
Qualifications
Ideal candidate:
* Has 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably phone-based or in lead development roles.
* Communicates clearly and confidently, especially over the phone.
* Possesses strong customer service instincts and problem-solving skills.
* Can prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Understands sales processes, qualification frameworks, and pipeline management.
* Experienced with CRM systems for managing leads and forecasting.
* Resilient, curious, and eager to grow within a high-performing sales team.
