Morgan Consulting is partnering with a growing, forward-thinking food manufacturing business to recruit a QA Manager to join their leadership team.

The Opportunity
Working closely with senior leadership, you will take ownership of the quality and food safety function across a multi-site operation. This role will see you driving standards, improving systems and embedding a strong quality culture across production and farm environments.
You will be joining a business that is on a strong growth trajectory, with clear vision, supportive leadership and the opportunity to genuinely shape how quality is delivered across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage QA across production, including grading and manufacturing operations
* Oversee and maintain HACCP, SQF and broader food safety frameworks
* Drive continuous improvement across quality systems, processes and compliance
* Manage internal audits, non-conformances and corrective actions
* Ensure regulatory compliance across multiple sites and operations
* Partner closely with operations, supply chain and leadership teams
* Lead, coach and develop QA team members
About You
* Proven experience in a senior QA role within food manufacturing
* Strong knowledge of HACCP, SQF and food safety standards
* Experience working across complex or multi-site environments
* Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to influence and lead
* Passion for continuous improvement and building strong systems
* Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capability
