The position of Fire Servicing Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in managing the fire safety services for our customers. The successful candidate will be highly motivated and capable of working independently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Creation of jobs for the Fire Servicing team to ensure timely completion.
* Communication with customers and tenants about upcoming works and scheduling jobs.
* Preparation of completed jobs for invoicing including any required reports.
* Management of jobs in Fire Servicing to guarantee timely completion.
* Updating of customer records, assets, and sites.
* Assistance to the Fire Servicing manager and team as needed.
* Management of Fire Service stock.
* Ensure timely payments from customers.
Requirements / Skills:
* Previous experience in admin is preferred.
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Experience using SimPRO is advantageous.
