Desktop Support Engineer - NSW
Iron Mountain (formerly ACT Logistics) is a major ICT Services supplier to State & Federal Government Departments and to large commercial clients across Australia including Brisbane & surrounding areas.
We have ongoing contracts that require experienced Desktop Support Engineers to perform a range of tasks including PC rollouts, installations, hardware & software audits, SOE Imaging, data transfer, fault diagnosis, and post installation support.
The work is varied and interesting.
What You'll Bring:
· Experience in installing new computer equipment and peripherals.
· Technical capability using Windows laptop HW/SW, IP Telephony, O365 and MS Teams
· Willingness to contribute to the teams and customer success.
· Onsite support to assist remote teams in diagnosing and resolving issues.
· Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNOW), systems, processes and procedures.
What You'll Bring
· Basic network & cloud technology understanding.
· Troubleshooting skills and good attention to detail.
· Ability to liaise with clients on a professional basis.
· Take direction from 3rd level support.
