The Role
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor with 4 to 5 years of hands on road construction experience to join a full scope expansion project located south of Geraldton. This is a practical site based role involving key works across Main Roads and CBH intersections. In this position you will take the lead in coordinating on site activities supervising crews managing plant and subcontractors and ensuring all works are delivered safely efficiently and to a high standard.
The role operates on a 10:4 or 2:1 roster with accommodation and meal allowance provided.

* Proven ability to manage site operations including labour, plant and subcontractors
* Focused on safe, efficient and high quality project delivery
* Comfortable working on 10:4 or 2:1 roster and travel across regional Western Australia.
* Hands on problem solver with a practical approach to challenges on site
