The Whole Family Team aims to provide exceptional care to families, ensuring evidence-based interventions and optimal health outcomes that align with relevant policies, procedures, and standards.
This role engages intensively and assertively with families to support them in managing mental health and substance abuse issues, while also developing essential skills to create a safe and nurturing environment for their children.
Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering specialized clinical services for drug and alcohol addiction and mental health to families with existing child protection concerns
* Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
* Conducting comprehensive assessments and providing individualized support to families in need
Families working with this team often face complex challenges, including co-occurring mental health and substance abuse issues, domestic violence, social disadvantage, and other physical health and social issues.
Key Requirements
