This role requires availability to work on both weekdays and weekends.

1. Meet or exceed store sales, KPI, and individual performance targets by utilizing all available resources.
2. Deliver excellent customer service standards to exceed customer expectations.
3. Maintain visual merchandising and in-store communication standards.
4. Process merchandise deliveries efficiently and replenish fixtures to ensure full product representation.
5. Represent the brand and values in an inspiring way.
