Scheduler / Operations Manager Role
This leadership position oversees the coordination of daily operations, encompassing scheduling, team management, vehicle maintenance, and warehouse organization.
Candidates must be Australian permanent residents or citizens with a minimum 5 years' experience in removals, logistics, or transport operations and a proven track record of leadership or management experience.
* Plan, schedule, and allocate removal and delivery jobs.
* Assess loading sites, access points, and parking environments to ensure safe and efficient operations.
* Calculate volume (m2 and m3) and confirm that all items will fit into the allocated container(s) or trucks.
The ideal candidate will have excellent planning, problem-solving, and people-management skills, as well as a strong understanding of container loading, cubic capacity, and removal logistics.
