Project Manager Job Description
Job Overview:
Our company is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee the coordination and execution of bathroom and kitchen renovation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in site supervision, preferably in bathroom and kitchen renovations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage all on-site activities for bathroom and kitchen renovation projects.
* Oversee and coordinate multiple renovation sites at the same time.
* Supervise and schedule trades including tilers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, and other subcontractors.
* Ensure all works meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements.
* Manage day-to-day site operations, including deliveries, waste removal, and site safety.
* Resolve on-site issues quickly to keep projects running smoothly.
* Liaise directly with clients to provide updates and maintain strong relationships.
* Ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and installed as per project schedules.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized site at all times.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years' experience in site supervision, preferably in bathroom and kitchen renovations.
* Strong trade knowledge and practical understanding of renovation sequencing and requirements.
* Proven ability to manage multiple renovation sites and coordinate multiple trades.
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
* Strong communication skills with clients, trades, and suppliers.
* Construction White Card and Supervisor Safety Training.
* Relevant trade background or qualification highly regarded.
