Description
* Are you a Kindergarten teacher or Early Years Educational Leader?
* Support family-centred Early Learning practices in the community
* Advisor Level 1 + salary packaging, Ongoing – part-time, flexible, 2 days a week
Your new role Working closely with early childhood teachers, your focus will be on creating safe, inclusive, and engaging learning spaces where children feel supported and happy. Through everyday interactions, you will help teachers grow professionally and improve outcomes for children. Bringing a strong passion for learning and reflection, you will use flexible and modern approaches to support teaching. Collaboration with educators will help build their skills and confidence, recognising that growth is a shared journey. Inclusive practices will be at the heart of your work—encouraging play-based learning, fairness, and viewing children as capable and active participants in their own development. This approach supports positive experiences for both children and families. Joining a diverse and supportive team, you will work alongside professionals with different backgrounds and perspectives. Creativity, empathy, and problem-solving will be key as you coach educators, support families, and build strong connections with local services. Each day will bring something new, and your work will help celebrate every child's unique strengths and potential. Benefits of working at Uniting Our work isn't easy, but it matters.
