About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator and Member Engagement Specialist. This is a casual position that requires occasional after-hours event support.
* Coordinate high-quality member events, manage end-to-end event logistics, and drive member engagement through digital communications.
* Provide exceptional service to members, promote the value of membership, and maintain accurate member records.
* Support branch operations, including office administration, supplies, meeting logistics, and general event administration.

Key Responsibilities
1. Design and coordinate member events in collaboration with the Branch Manager and committees.
2. Manage event logistics, including bookings, delegate materials, budgeting, and onsite support.
3. Drive member engagement through digital newsletters, social media, and membership campaigns.
4. Provide outstanding service to members and promote the value of ACS membership.
5. Maintain accurate member records and assist with onboarding and retention activities.
6. Support branch operations, including office administration, supplies, meeting logistics, and general event administration.
7. Ensure compliance with WHS, risk, and governance policies.

Requirements
* A background in business administration or events, combined with excellent communication skills, digital literacy, and attention to detail.
* Experience with event coordination, stakeholder engagement, and marketing platforms is highly desirable.
