Job Description:
As a Lifestyle Assistant, you will be responsible for planning and implementing lifestyle programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that our residents receive high-quality care and support that enables them to live fulfilling lives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
* Ability to adapt well to change and problem-solve effectively
* Preferable experience in a memory support unit and understanding of lifestyle needs of residents with cognitive impairment
* Compassionate, flexible and positive approach to emotional and spiritual care
