The Role We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program supporting the delivery of Field Service Management (FSM) and Service & Work Management capabilities. Location: North Sydney – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) Duration: 12 month initial contract with strong likelihood of extension Day Rate: $900 - 1100 per day including super Working within the program PMO, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated Microsoft Project schedules across multiple delivery workstreams, ensuring timelines, dependencies and milestones are accurately tracked and reported. The role works closely with Project Managers, workstream leads and delivery partners to maintain schedule integrity and visibility across the program. Responsibilities Develop and maintain project schedules in Microsoft Project including WBS, dependencies, milestones and critical path Manage integrated schedules across SAP FSM, ERP, testing, data and change workstreams Track progress against baseline schedules and identify delays or schedule risks Produce schedule reporting including Gantt charts, milestone tracking and progress updates Coordinate with Project Managers, workstream leads and implementation partners to maintain schedule accuracy Support resource forecasting and program planning activities Experience Proven experience as a Project Scheduler, PMO Scheduler or Project Planner Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project Experience supporting SAP, ERP or large technology transformation programs Strong understanding of project dependencies, critical path and schedule risk management Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills Please apply ASAP to secure an interview slot for this week!
