Are you a driven sales professional ready to take on a new challenge in the hire industry? We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Business Development Manager to join the hire industry
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about building relationships and driving growth in a fast-paced environment.
Please note you must have experience in the construction hire or equipment industry
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate leads and secure new business across the major construction, events, industrial, and trade sectors
* Provide product knowledge and hire solutions tailored to client needs
* Prepare and follow up on quotes, contracts, and hire agreements
* Collaborate with operations to ensure timely delivery and excellent service
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
* Previous experience in B2B sales within the hire and equipment industry
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* A proactive, customer-first attitude with a strong work ethic
